Trezor Wallet Recovery Service
Lost access to your Trezor wallet? You’re in the right place. We’ve been recovering hardware wallets since 2019: invalid seed, forgotten PIN or passphrase, damaged hardware.
What most people ask first
Can a Trezor be recovered without the device?
Yes. Your crypto lives on the blockchain, not the device. Your recovery seed restores the wallet on any compatible hardware or software wallet. This is how a Trezor restore works.
Do you take custody of my funds?
No. You transfer your assets yourself to a new wallet that you create. We never take custody of them at any point. You pay the fee separately at handover.
My recovery seed is incomplete. Can it be recovered?
Often yes, depending on how much is missing. We can recover seeds with up to four missing words, and the same applies to words in the wrong order, damaged backup cards, and handwriting you can no longer read with certainty. With a Shamir (SLIP-39) backup it works differently: what matters is how many complete shares you still hold, not how many words are missing from one of them.
What does it cost?
The assessment is free. After that we work on a no recovery, no fee basis: our standard fee is 20% of the recovered amount, with a lower percentage for high-value wallets. You pay only if the recovery succeeds.
Our Trezor Wallet Recovery Services Include
Trezor Seed Phrase Not Working?
Whether you have 12, 18, or 24 words and a Model One, Model T, Safe 3, or Safe 5, and if something is off with your seed, we have the tools to reconstruct Trezor mnemonic phrase. Wrong order, missing word, illegible handwriting: we’ve seen it all.
Trezor Lost or Damaged?
As long as your seed phrase is still intact, you haven’t lost anything yet. We’ll help you securely transfer your assets to a new compatible wallet, or work through the hardware issue with your existing device.
Can't Remember Your Passphrase?
Write down every combination you might have used, even vague ones. Our team works through the possibilities systematically to find the right passphrase for Trezor.
Funds Not Showing on Your Trezor?
Take a breath. Your crypto is still on the blockchain. A zero balance usually comes down to a wrong derivation path or a missing passphrase. A short call is usually all it takes to figure out why.
Trezor Not Syncing?
It happens more often than you’d think and it’s rarely serious. Whether it’s a firmware issue, a connectivity problem, or something with Trezor Suite, we’ll walk you through it step by step.
Shamir Backup Not Working?
Depending on how many shares you still have, we may be able to reconstruct the missing parts of your SLIP-39 backup or identify exactly where the problem is, so you can regain access with confidence.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Don’t keep guessing your PIN. After 16 wrong attempts a Trezor wipes itself. What to do after a PIN wipe.
- Don’t enter a partial or uncertain seed into any online tool.
- Don’t download ‘recovery’ software from search results, ads, or DMs. Trezor will never ask you for your seed.
- Don’t share your full recovery seed with anyone to get an assessment.
Information that may be needed for recovery
- Which Trezor model you have (Model One, Model T, Safe 3, or Safe 5).
- The remains of your recovery seed (12, 18, or 24 words), including any that are partial or uncertain.
- Whether you used a passphrase, and anything you remember about it (length, structure).
- For a Shamir (SLIP-39) backup: how many shares you still have.
- What happened and what you’ve already tried.
You always stay in control of your funds. You move them yourself and we never take custody of your assets.
What we don’t recover
- Stolen funds. Blockchain transactions are irreversible once crypto leaves your wallet.
- Scam & fraud recovery. We don’t chase funds sent to scammers.
- A completely lost recovery seed with no information to work from.
- A device wiped after 16 failed PIN attempts with no seed backup. The wipe erases the key material itself, so there is nothing left to reconstruct from.
- Transactions sent to the wrong address.
If it’s a lost-access problem rather than a theft problem, we can likely help.
Why Choose Our Trezor Recovery Service?
Trezor recovery problems can involve a forgotten passphrase, an incomplete or incorrect recovery seed, a damaged device, or uncertainty about the correct recovery method. The right approach depends on the exact problem and the information that is still available.
Since 2019, we have helped rightful wallet owners and authorised representatives regain access to more than 200 wallets in over 20 countries. Each Trezor case is assessed individually, so we can explain what is technically realistic before any recovery work begins.
Our process is clear, confidential and non-custodial. You retain control of your wallet and funds, while we guide or carry out the technical recovery according to the circumstances of the case. Not every wallet can be recovered, but where sufficient information remains, there may still be a realistic path to restoring access.
One case shows what that can look like in practice. A client was locked out of a hidden wallet and could no longer read his own handwriting on the seed backup. We analysed every legible letter, built a list of plausible variations, and ran the full set through GPU-based software before reconstructing the passphrase from password hints he provided. The wallet held roughly $300,000.
How a Trezor Wallet Recovery works
- Submit a Recovery Request Tell us what happened: an invalid seed, a forgotten PIN, a lost passphrase, or a damaged device. We usually reply the same working day.
- Free Case Evaluation By phone or in person, we’ll go through your case together: assess the realistic chances of recovery, explain our approach, and walk you through the fee structure. There’s no pressure and no obligation at this stage.
- Signing of Contract Before any work begins, we sign a formal agreement before starting any work. Nothing moves forward without your written consent.
- Recovery Process Working in secure, offline environments, we apply technical restoration methods based on the information you provide. We never interact with the blockchain directly. Everything happens on our end, safely and methodically.
- Successful Recovery & Payment Once your wallet is recovered, we walk you through verifying access to your funds on your own device. You pay only when you can see your funds. That’s our no-recovery, no-fee promise, and we mean it.
