1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Cryptorecovers.com, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other policies we may implement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our website and services.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age. By accessing and using Cryptorecovers.com, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years old or older. If you are under 18, you must refrain from using our services.
3. Services Provided
Crypto Recovers provides technical wallet recovery services and technical guidance aimed at assisting Clients in regaining access to cryptocurrency wallets that they lawfully own or are legally authorised to access.
Our services may include:
- guidance regarding technical cryptocurrency wallet recovery methods;
- technical analysis of wallet files, encrypted backups, invalid or incomplete recovery phrases, password information, and relevant wallet or blockchain data;
- password recovery attempts;
- recovery phrase reconstruction where words are missing, incorrect, incomplete, duplicated, or in the wrong order;
- assistance with outdated, unsupported, deprecated, corrupted, or partially functioning wallet software;
- technical guidance regarding wallet access, wallet security, backup handling, and technical post-recovery steps;
- referrals to independent specialists, legal advisers, cybersecurity providers, blockchain analysis providers, authorised crypto-asset service providers, or other third-party service providers where appropriate.
Crypto Recovers does not provide investment services, trading services, portfolio management, brokerage services, exchange services, escrow services, payment services, crypto-asset transfer services, legal services, tax advice, financial advice, or cryptocurrency custody services.
Crypto Recovers does not provide personalised recommendations regarding the purchase, sale, exchange, investment in, or holding of crypto-assets, or regarding the use of crypto-asset services. Any information or guidance concerning wallets, wallet access, wallet security, backups, recovery procedures, or technical post-recovery steps is technical and security-related in nature.
Crypto Recovers does not manage, trade, invest, receive, hold, safeguard, or administer crypto-assets on behalf of Clients.
Crypto Recovers does not initiate, authorise, sign, broadcast, execute, or otherwise carry out cryptocurrency or crypto-asset transactions on behalf of Clients.
Crypto Recovers may provide technical guidance while a Client independently secures, manages, or transfers their own crypto-assets. Such guidance may include explanations, remote guidance, support during an appointment, or the joint review of technical steps. The Client remains responsible for checking, initiating, authorising, and carrying out every transaction.
Following a successful recovery, the Client remains responsible for securing, managing, and, where appropriate, transferring their own crypto-assets.
If Crypto Recovers determines that a case would require custody or administration of crypto-assets, the transfer of crypto-assets on behalf of a Client, ongoing control over crypto-assets or wallet access credentials, escrow services, or another activity requiring a licence, registration, authorisation, or other legal permission that Crypto Recovers does not hold, Crypto Recovers may refuse or discontinue the case, modify the recovery method, or refer the Client to a suitable and, where required, authorised independent third party.
Crypto Recovers will perform the agreed technical recovery work with reasonable care and skill. Due to the technical nature and uncertainty of wallet recovery, a successful recovery cannot be guaranteed.
4. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information during the wallet recovery process.
- Not engage in any fraudulent, unlawful, or malicious activities while using our services.
- Not attempt to access wallets, accounts, or data that you do not have permission to access.
- Not reverse-engineer, disassemble, or interfere with our website or services.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account and any personal information associated with the use of our services.
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws and regulations.
- Access or attempt to access any wallet, account, or data for which you do not have authorization.
- Engage in any activity that may harm the integrity or functionality of our website, services, or any third-party services we link to.
- Use automated tools or bots to scrape, extract, or gather data from our site without permission.
6. Consumer Right of Withdrawal
If the Client is a consumer and the agreement is concluded at a distance or outside Crypto Recovers’ business premises, the Client generally has a statutory right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days after the agreement has been concluded, without giving any reason.
If the Client separately and expressly requests Crypto Recovers to begin performing the services during the withdrawal period, Crypto Recovers may commence the work during that period.
If the Client exercises the right of withdrawal after performance has begun at the Client’s express request, but before the agreed service has been fully performed, the Client may, to the extent permitted by applicable law, be required to pay a proportionate amount for the services already provided.
The statutory right of withdrawal is lost once the agreed service has been fully performed, provided that performance began with the Client’s prior express consent and the Client acknowledged in advance that the right of withdrawal would be lost following full performance of the service.
Any more favorable provisions contained in the separate recovery agreement, including any applicable no-recovery-no-fee arrangements, remain unaffected.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights.
7. Limitation of Liability
Crypto Recovers will perform its services with reasonable care and skill. However, the Client acknowledges that cryptocurrency wallet recovery is uncertain and may not succeed.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crypto Recovers is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, loss of expected gains, business interruption, emotional distress, reputational damage, or fluctuations in cryptocurrency value.
Crypto Recovers is not liable for losses caused by:
- incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information provided by the Client;
- compromised Client devices, accounts, networks, email accounts, cloud accounts, or communication channels;
- malware, phishing, hacking, social engineering, or third-party attacks;
- previous disclosure or compromise of wallet information, passwords, private keys, or recovery phrases;
- blockchain errors, irreversible transactions, wallet software issues, exchange issues, or third-party service failures;
- the Client’s failure to follow security instructions or post-recovery recommendations;
- third-party providers, partners, specialists, exchanges, wallets, software, networks, or blockchains outside Crypto Recovers’ reasonable control;
- circumstances outside Crypto Recovers’ reasonable control.
Where liability cannot be excluded, Crypto Recovers’ total liability shall, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, be limited to the amount actually paid by the Client to Crypto Recovers for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for intent, gross negligence, fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
8. Intellectual Property

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our express written consent.
9. Third-Party Websites and Content
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services. These links are provided solely for convenience and do not imply endorsement or approval of the third-party websites or their content. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or services of any third-party websites.
Cryptorecovers.com is not liable for any damages or losses arising from your interactions with third-party services or products. We encourage you to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of Crypto Recovers is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and protect your personal data. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Crypto Recovers Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
We take your privacy seriously and comply with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the European Union.
11. Modifications to the Terms
Crypto Recovers may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any updated version will be published with a revised effective date.
Updated Terms apply from the stated effective date to future use of the website and to recovery agreements entered into after that date.
Changes do not apply retrospectively and do not modify an existing recovery agreement unless the Client expressly agrees to the change or applicable law provides otherwise.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website or services at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
13. Indemnification
You agree, to the extent permitted by law, to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cryptorecovers.com, its affiliates, employees, contractors, agents, and licensors from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the website, your violation of these Terms, or any infringement of the rights of any third party.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you reside. Nothing in this clause deprives consumers of the protection of mandatory laws of their country of residence or their right to bring claims in the courts of that country.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the court having jurisdiction under the applicable legal rules. To the extent permitted by law and where the Client is not a consumer, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
15. Force Majeure
Cryptorecovers.com shall not be held liable for any delays or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, or technical failures.
16. Age Requirement
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. You must be of legal age to engage in any transactions or activities involving cryptocurrency. If we discover that a user is under the age of 18, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate their account immediately.
17. Compliance with Laws
The Client agrees to comply with all local, national, and international laws and regulations applicable to their use of Crypto Recovers’ website and services.
The Client confirms that they are the lawful owner of, or are legally authorised to access, any wallet, account, device, wallet file, private key, recovery phrase, password, crypto-assets, or related information submitted to Crypto Recovers.
Crypto Recovers may request identity verification, proof of ownership, wallet history, signed statements, transaction history, screenshots, purchase records, exchange records, original email records, device ownership evidence, or other supporting documentation before or during the recovery process.
Crypto Recovers may carry out sanctions checks, wallet screening, blockchain checks, identity verification, source-of-funds checks, or other compliance checks where appropriate.
Crypto Recovers may refuse, suspend, or terminate a case if:
- the Client does not provide sufficient proof of identity, ownership, or authority;
- the information provided by the Client appears false, incomplete, misleading, suspicious, or inconsistent;
- the case appears connected to fraud, theft, hacking, extortion, sanctions evasion, money laundering, terrorist financing, unauthorised access, or any other unlawful activity;
- the requested work may require regulatory authorisation that Crypto Recovers does not hold;
- continuing the case would create unacceptable legal, regulatory, compliance, security, operational, or reputational risk.
The Client agrees not to use Crypto Recovers’ services to access wallets, accounts, devices, data, or crypto-assets that they do not own or are not legally authorised to access.
Crypto Recovers may retain records necessary to demonstrate compliance with legal, contractual, security, dispute-resolution, or regulatory obligations.
18. Security and Risk Disclaimer
Wallet recovery can involve technical, legal, and security risks. The Client acknowledges that recovery attempts may involve sensitive information and that no recovery process can be guaranteed to be completely secure, risk-free, or successful.
Potential risks may include, without limitation:
unsuccessful recovery;
incomplete recovery;
wallet files, backups, passwords, or recovery phrases being unusable, corrupted, incomplete, or technically unrecoverable;
exposure of sensitive wallet information if the Client uses insecure devices, networks, communication channels, or storage methods;
pre-existing compromise of the wallet, device, email account, cloud account, exchange account, or recovery information;
loss of value due to cryptocurrency price fluctuations;
blockchain transactions being irreversible;
third-party wallet software, exchanges, blockchains, or services being unavailable, discontinued, compromised, or incompatible.
Crypto Recovers will take reasonable technical and organisational measures to reduce security risks during the recovery process. However, the Client remains responsible for maintaining their own secure backups, securing their devices and accounts, and following post-recovery instructions.
Crypto Recovers is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information provided by the Client; compromised Client devices or accounts; insecure Client communication channels; phishing; malware; third-party attacks; previous disclosure of recovery information; blockchain errors; third-party wallet software; exchanges; or circumstances outside Crypto Recovers’ reasonable control.
Once recovery is complete, the Client is responsible for taking appropriate security steps, including where appropriate transferring crypto-assets to a new secure wallet under the Client’s own control, creating secure backups, replacing compromised credentials, and following any post-recovery recommendations provided by Crypto Recovers.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under applicable law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, fraud, wilful misconduct, or mandatory consumer rights.
19. Handling of Sensitive Recovery Information
Crypto Recovers provides technical wallet recovery services. Where technically feasible, Crypto Recovers uses recovery methods that do not require the Client to share complete seed phrases, private keys, or other complete wallet access credentials.
The Client must not send seed phrases, private keys, wallet files, passwords, or other sensitive recovery information to Crypto Recovers unless Crypto Recovers has specifically requested the relevant information and instructed the Client to provide it through an agreed secure process.
Crypto Recovers aims, wherever reasonably and technically possible, to carry out recovery work in a manner that does not require complete wallet access credentials to be disclosed to or retained by Crypto Recovers. Where technically appropriate, this may include the use of partial information, client-controlled procedures, a secure process, an in-person appointment, remote guidance, or another recovery method designed to allow the Client to retain control over complete wallet access credentials as far as reasonably possible.
In some cases, specific sensitive recovery information may be necessary to assess the technical recovery possibilities or perform the agreed technical recovery assignment.
Crypto Recovers will request and use sensitive recovery information only to the extent reasonably necessary for the technical recovery assessment and the performance and secure completion of the agreed technical recovery assignment.
The provision of sensitive recovery information does not authorise Crypto Recovers to receive, hold, manage, administer, use, transfer, or otherwise transact with the Client’s crypto-assets.
Crypto Recovers does not provide custody or administration of crypto-assets on behalf of Clients, safekeeping of private keys or recovery phrases on behalf of Clients, asset management, escrow services, exchange services, payment services, crypto-asset transfer services, or investment services.
Crypto Recovers does not initiate, authorise, sign, broadcast, execute, or otherwise carry out cryptocurrency or crypto-asset transactions on behalf of Clients.
Crypto Recovers may provide technical guidance while the Client independently secures, manages, or transfers their own crypto-assets. Such guidance may include explanations, remote guidance, assistance during an appointment, or the joint review of technical steps. During such guidance, the Client remains responsible for checking, initiating, authorising, and carrying out every transaction.
Following a successful recovery, the Client remains responsible for securing, transferring, and managing their own crypto-assets.
If Crypto Recovers determines that a case would require custody, administration, safekeeping, escrow, the transfer of crypto-assets on behalf of the Client, ongoing control over crypto-assets or wallet access credentials, the processing of complete wallet access credentials beyond what is reasonably necessary for the agreed technical recovery work, or another activity that may require a licence, registration, authorisation, or other legal permission, Crypto Recovers may refuse or discontinue the case, modify the recovery method, or refer the Client to a suitable and, where required, authorised independent third party.
Where Crypto Recovers determines that a case cannot be carried out safely or appropriately without providing an activity outside the scope of its technical wallet recovery services, Crypto Recovers may require the involvement of a suitable independent third party. Crypto Recovers is not obliged to make such a third party available or to accept a case under those conditions.
The Client remains responsible for maintaining independent and secure backups of wallet files, recovery phrases, private keys, passwords, devices, and any other recovery information.
20. Security Practices Statement
Crypto Recovers applies appropriate technical and organisational security measures that are proportionate to the nature, sensitivity, and risks of the recovery information being processed.
These measures may include:
- encrypted storage of recovery information where technically appropriate;
- the use of secure and, where technically appropriate, offline systems and restricted access controls;
- limiting access to, transfer of, and processing of sensitive recovery information to what is reasonably necessary for the agreed technical recovery assignment;
- limiting the retention period of sensitive recovery information;
- securely deleting or irreversibly destroying sensitive recovery information when it is no longer reasonably necessary for the performance and secure completion of the agreed technical recovery assignment.
Administrative information, contractual records, compliance information, ownership or identity documentation, communications, and other case records may be retained separately where reasonably necessary for applicable legal, contractual, security, or compliance obligations, or for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.
Although Crypto Recovers takes reasonable measures to reduce security risks, no technical system, storage method, or data-processing procedure can be guaranteed to be completely secure or entirely risk-free.
21. Affiliate Marketing Links
This website may use affiliate marketing links. This means that when you purchase products or services through certain links on this website, the owner of this website may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.
The use of affiliate links does not affect the price you pay for the product or service. The commission we receive is paid by the seller and has no impact on your purchase price.
We are committed to transparency and integrity in our affiliate marketing practices. Our recommendations and opinions about products or services are based on our own experiences and insights.

21.1 Partner Commissions & Referrals
In some cases, Crypto Recovers may refer the Client to an external partner, specialist, service provider, legal adviser, cybersecurity provider, blockchain analysis provider, crypto-asset service provider, escrow provider, or other third party.
A referral does not mean that Crypto Recovers becomes a party to the contract between the Client and the third party.
If the Client chooses to work with a referred third party, the contract, fees, rights, obligations, risks, warranties, liability, compliance obligations, and service terms are between the Client and that third party only, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Crypto Recovers is not responsible for the acts, omissions, advice, work, fees, delays, failures, regulatory status, security practices, contracts, terms, representations, or results of any third party to whom the Client is referred.
The Client is responsible for reviewing the third party’s terms, privacy policy, credentials, licences, authorisations, fees, and suitability before engaging that third party.
Crypto Recovers may receive a referral fee, commission, revenue share, success-based commission, or other compensation from a third party when a Client is referred to that third party. Such compensation may be paid by the third party and may be based on the value of the case, the fee charged by the third party, a fixed amount, a percentage, or another commercial arrangement.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, any referral commission paid to Crypto Recovers does not create an additional fee payable by the Client to Crypto Recovers.
Crypto Recovers may also pay referral fees or commissions to third parties that refer Clients to Crypto Recovers.
A referral does not guarantee that the third party can recover funds, provide a successful outcome, lawfully provide a particular service in the Client’s jurisdiction, or meet the Client’s expectations.
Crypto Recovers may stop assisting with a case once the Client has been referred to a third party, unless Crypto Recovers separately agrees in writing to remain involved.
A referral or introduction does not authorise Crypto Recovers to act on behalf of the Client in relation to any crypto-asset transaction. Crypto Recovers does not receive or transmit Client orders or instructions to purchase, sell, exchange, transfer, or subscribe for crypto-assets. The Client independently decides whether to engage a referred third party and communicates any instructions directly to that third party.
22. Media Mentions Disclaimer

This is for informational purposes only and does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, or official affiliation unless explicitly stated by the respective entity.
