Our Crypto Recovery Services Include
Wallet Password Recovery
Still have the wallet file but not the password? Using systematic, high-performance password searching, we restore access to encrypted wallets whenever the password can be reconstructed from what you remember.
Legacy Wallet Access
Discontinued wallet software and outdated formats often won’t run on modern systems. We read these legacy wallet files and rebuild access in a current, compatible wallet.
Seed Phrase Reconstruction
Missing words, the wrong order, or a phrase your wallet rejects? Where enough of the phrase survives, we reconstruct the rest, typically up to four missing words.
Inheritance & Professional Services
Inherited a wallet you can’t access? We help rightful heirs regain access, and we work alongside the executors, notaries, and law firms handling estates, with full identity and entitlement verification.
Why Us?
Since 2019 we’ve helped individuals, businesses, and professional advisors regain access to locked cryptocurrency wallets — working only on copies, under contract, with your funds staying in your control throughout.
Confidential & Secure
Every case begins with a private consultation and a signed contract, with an NDA available on request. We work offline, on copies, on air-gapped machines.
Proven Expertise
No Recovery, No Pay
You pay only after we restore access. The fee — 20% of the recovered amount — is agreed and contracted before any work starts. No upfront charges, and we never touch your funds.
Direct Communication
You deal directly with the specialist handling your case, by phone, online, or in person at our Amsterdam office. No intermediaries.
How the Recovery Process Works
Every recovery follows a structured and transparent process, ensuring you know what to expect at every stage.
Step 1
Initial consultation.
We’ll discuss your case, assess the available information, and explain the recovery process. Consultations can take place remotely, by phone, or in person at our office, depending on your preference.
Step 2
Technical recovery.
Once you decide to proceed, we’ll complete the necessary agreement and begin the recovery process using specialized tools and techniques. You’ll receive regular updates and can contact our team whenever needed.
Step 3
Restoring access.
If we succeed, we hand over the access and guide you through opening the wallet. You move your funds to a new wallet you control and pay the agreed 20% at the handover — your crypto never passes through ours. No recovery, no fee.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the recovery process take?
It depends on the case. Simple ones can be done in days; complex passwords or partial seed phrases can take weeks or occasionally months. After the free assessment we give you a realistic estimate before any work begins.
How much does a recovery cost?
Our fee is 20% of the recovered amount, agreed and contracted before we start, and payable only after we restore access. There are no upfront charges — no recovery, no fee. For larger amounts we can arrange a custom fee structure.
What types of cryptocurrencies can you recover?
Recovery works at the wallet level, not the coin level, so the currency itself rarely matters — Bitcoin, Ethereum and ERC-20 tokens, Litecoin, Dogecoin, XRP and most others. What determines whether we can help is the wallet type and the material you still have, not which coin is inside.
Can you help if I have very little wallet information?
It depends. Limited information doesn’t automatically mean recovery is impossible, but it narrows the options. We’ll ask a few questions to see what’s still available and whether there’s a realistic chance. If we don’t think we can help, we’ll tell you upfront.
Can you restore crypto that has been sent to the wrong address?
No — blockchain transactions are irreversible. If you sent to an exchange without a destination tag or on the wrong network, that exchange’s support is your route. We can’t reverse a transfer to an address you don’t control.
What are the chances of a successful wallet recovery?
It depends entirely on what you still have. A forgotten password with some memory of it, or a seed phrase missing a few words, is often recoverable; a completely lost phrase with no file, key, or backup is not — by us or anyone. We assess your case honestly before you commit and tell you if it isn’t viable.
What happens after I contact Crypto Recovers?
We start with a free evaluation of your case and give you clear feedback on the chances of recovery and the next steps. Before accepting any case, we verify your identity and proof of ownership or legal entitlement, with risk-based KYC and AML checks — we never work with a wallet that isn’t provably yours. If you choose to proceed, we sign a formal agreement before any recovery work begins.
Can you recover crypto that was stolen or lost to a scam?
We don’t take stolen-crypto or scam cases. Blockchain transactions are irreversible, and any service claiming it can reverse them is describing something that cannot be done.
Can you recover my wallet if I've lost my seed phrase completely?
We can’t help when a seed phrase is completely gone and no other wallet material exists: no file, no key, no backup. Nobody can recover that, including us.
Locked out of your crypto wallet?
We help individuals and businesses get back into wallets they still own but can’t open, whether it’s a forgotten password, incomplete recovery information, or an old wallet that won’t open.
