A rejected phrase is often closer to working than it looks: one word copied wrong, or two words swapped so the checksum fails. How it works
Share the wallet or software name, approximate year, device, problem and what material still exists. Do not send a seed phrase, private key, password, wallet file or ID document.
Once we have enough information, we usually explain the likely recovery route, the main uncertainties and an initial indication of duration.
We verify identity and ownership or legal authority. Scope, working method, fee and sensitive-material handling are agreed in writing before sensitive work begins.
PGP, our secure encrypted upload environment, in-person handover or agreed shipment may be used. We request only what is needed and work with copies where possible.
We test the agreed recovery route in a controlled environment. You receive meaningful updates when findings affect the outlook, scope or next decision.
Access is handed back through the agreed route. You open the wallet and move the assets to a wallet you control; case material is then handled according to the agreement and privacy policy.
Boundaries
A confirmed blockchain transaction cannot be reversed, cancelled or redirected, by us or by anyone.
With no phrase, wallet file, device, backup or partial information left, there is nothing to reconstruct from.
No honest service can guarantee success. Whether recovery is possible depends on what you still have, and the assessment tells you before you commit.

Often, yes. An old wallet is a file that holds your keys, and even when the original software no longer runs, that file can usually still be worked with. MultiBit and early Bitcoin Core wallets are among the most common cases we see. Whether recovery is realistic depends on what you still have, so the first step is to describe what happened.
It depends on the case: simple password cases can finish within days, complex reconstructions can take weeks. You get an honest estimate after the assessment.
The assessment is free. Our success fee ranges from 20% down to 2% of the recovered amount, depending on the value of the wallet and the complexity of the case, and it is agreed in writing before any work starts. No recovery, no fee, and no advance payment.

First: was it stolen, or are you locked out? If someone scammed you or moved the funds out of your wallet, report it to the police and seek legal advice. A confirmed transaction cannot be reversed; any investigation or legal recovery has an uncertain outcome and falls outside our services. If the crypto is still yours but you cannot get in, because of a forgotten password, an invalid seed phrase, a damaged wallet file or an old wallet that will not open, that is what we do. Tell us what you still have and we will give you a straight answer.
