Crypto Recovers provides wallet recovery services primarily on a success-fee basis. The Client expressly acknowledges the inherent technical risks associated with wallet recovery, including but not limited to the possibility of partial or total loss of cryptocurrency, wallet access, or related data.

Crypto Recovers undertakes to perform its services using commercially reasonable efforts but, to the maximum extent permitted by law, disclaims any liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunities, business interruption, loss of goodwill, or fluctuations in cryptocurrency value.

Crypto Recovers’ liability for direct damages is strictly limited to cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence and shall under no circumstances exceed the total amount of the success fee actually payable by the Client upon successful wallet recovery.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, images, graphics, logos, software, and other materials on the Cryptorecovers.com website, are owned by Cryptorecovers.com or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our express written consent.

By engaging our services, the Client assumes full and exclusive responsibility for these risks. Crypto Recovers’ responsibility is strictly limited to making reasonable technical recovery attempts and providing related advisory assistance — not the safekeeping, management, or long-term protection of cryptocurrency or recovery data.

Crypto Recovers shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from:

hacking;
malware or security breaches on the Client’s own devices;
phishing;
attacks or actions by third parties;
or the technical consequences of the recovery process itself,

except where such losses are directly caused by our intent or gross negligence. Once recovery is complete, the Client is solely and immediately responsible for transferring all assets to a secure wallet under their own control.

19. Temporary Access Disclaimer

During the recovery process, you may be required to provide wallet files, seed phrases, private keys, or other sensitive information. Access to this information by Crypto Recovers is strictly for the temporary and technical purpose of attempting recovery. This does not constitute custody, safekeeping, or management of your cryptocurrency. You are at all times responsible for keeping a backup of your wallet information.
