Crypto Recovers combines knowledge of wallet encryption, file formats, recovery standards, derivation paths and blockchain networks. It does not recover forgotten hardware wallet PINs or local device unlock codes. These are different from an additional passphrase used for a hidden wallet. ## Wallets and Networks Crypto Recovers can assess a broad range of software, hardware and legacy wallet cases. Examples include Bitcoin Core, Electrum, MultiBit, Blockchain.info, Blockchain.com, MetaMask, MyEtherWallet, Ethereum keystores, Mist, Ledger, Trezor, BitBox, BitBox02, Exodus, Jaxx Liberty, Trust Wallet, Coinomi, Green, Mycelium, Daedalus, Yoroi, Phantom, TronLink, BRD/Bread, Atomic Wallet and Toast Wallet. Relevant networks include Bitcoin, Ethereum and other EVM networks, Litecoin, XRP, Dogecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Cardano, Solana and Tron. Every wallet version and access problem is assessed individually. ## Security, Contracts and Compliance - A written recovery agreement is signed before technical work begins. - Identity, ownership and authority are verified using risk-based KYC and AML checks. - Sanctions, wallet and source-of-funds checks may be performed where appropriate. - Processes are designed around applicable Dutch Wwft, GDPR and UAVG requirements. - An NDA is available for suitable private, corporate, international and inheritance cases. - Recovery data is handled using data minimisation, restricted access and secure or offline systems where technically appropriate. - Clients should never send a complete recovery phrase, private key, password or additional passphrase through an ordinary contact form or unsolicited email. - Following a successful technical recovery, the client receives an invoice and written confirmation of the work. Crypto Recovers has a contractual relationship with an independent Swiss escrow provider that may be involved in suitable high-value or international cases after separate agreement. Crypto Recovers does not itself provide escrow or custody services. ## Non-Custodial Scope and Exclusions Crypto Recovers restores technical access to wallets that clients lawfully own or are authorised to access. Crypto Recovers does not: - initiate, authorise, sign, broadcast or execute blockchain transactions on behalf of clients; - operate as an exchange, broker, payment provider, custodian or escrow provider; - recover cryptocurrency already sent to a scammer, thief or incorrect address; - reverse blockchain transactions; - provide cryptocurrency tracing, scam investigation or stolen-fund recovery; - recover centralised exchange accounts or custodial Blockchain.com Trading Accounts; - recreate a completely lost recovery phrase, private key or additional passphrase without usable recovery information; - accept requests without sufficient evidence of identity, ownership or legal authority; - guarantee that any individual recovery or hardware repair will succeed. ## Media, Events and International Network Founder Robbert Bink was a guest on [NPO Radio 1](https://www.nporadio1.nl/fragmenten/nieuwsweekend/01988d81-f63a-722e-baca-c02292df1bb5/2025-08-09-mislukte-12-jarige-zoektocht-naar-crypto-die-iedere-dag-meer-waard-wordt) on 9 August 2025 to discuss crypto wallet recovery.
